The valve body of medium and high pressure specifications is manufactured by forging process.
It can effectively withstand medium pressure after forming a seal with the valve core and seat seal ring.
Valve Body And Valve Seat
The valve assembly includes valve body, valve cap, valve rubber, valve seat, righting support, and valve spring. Valve body and seat are made of Alloy Steel, heat-treated strictly, with high facial hardness and good internal tenacity, anti-fatigue, impact resistance, and tight angle matching. The valve rubber is made of wear-resistance material, such as oil-proof rubber and epoxy resin. There are all kinds of specifications and types such as SH300 vehicle, AC-400B, 400C, ACF-700B, 350 type 35-15, international vehicle, 70-265 pump, 1000 type mud pump.
