The working principle of the fiber laser marking machine is that the laser beam emitted by the laser enters the marking head through a beam expander, and after reflection by the scanning galvanometer 1 and 2, reaches the f-Theta flat field lens. Through the focusing of the lens, a small area of high-energy spot (15-20 mu) is formed.
The scanning galvanometer of thel fiber laser marking machine is driven by a galvanometer motor with high sensitivity.
The computer control system controls the two motors to deflect at a certain angle. At the same time, it controls the turn-off and turn-on of the laser beam. Finally, the required symbols and patterns are marked on the workpiece.

2. The beam quality is much better than that of the traditional solid-state laser marking machine. It is the output of the fundamental mode (TEM00). The focus spot diameter is less than 20um, and the beam reaches the micron level after focusing. The divergence angle is one fourth of that of semiconductor pumped lasers. It is especially suitable for fine and precise marking.
3. Low cost, high efficiency of electro-optic conversion, less than 500W power consumption of the whole machine, is a lamp-pumped solid-state laser marking machine 1/10, greatly saving energy consumption.
4. All air-cooled, no consumables need any maintenance, long service life, small size, suitable for working in harsh environment.
5. Processing speed is 3-5 times faster than traditional marking machine.
